Order Processing Time

After you place your order, our fulfillment team initiates processing within 1–3 business days. During this time, we:

  • Verify product quality

  • Prepare eco-conscious packaging

  • Finalize logistics based on your selected shipping method

Please note: Processing does not include weekends or holidays.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping speed varies by destination and chosen service. In general:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Expedited Options: May be available in certain regions

Delivery times are estimates. External factors such as customs or carrier delays may affect final delivery.

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

We recommend checking your tracking page periodically and contacting us if your parcel shows any irregular status.

International Shipping

We are pleased to support international deliveries. Please be aware:

  • Import duties or VAT may apply, depending on the destination country

  • Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control

We do not include import fees at checkout, but we’re happy to guide you through any documentation needed.


Failed Deliveries / Lost Parcels

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Reshipping can be arranged for an additional fee

  • Refunds (excluding original shipping) may be issued once the return is received

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue or initiate a replacement.
